About us
Whether you're single, married, divorced.....it doesn't matter, all are welcome!
I started this group in April 2021 to bring some life back as we come out of post covid times.....
We've reached over 1100 members in such a short period of time.....and what an amazing group!!
As we continue our journey into 2022 of new events & friendships......
We're about dining, dancing, happy hours, concerts, comedy clubs, theatre, movies, museums, art festivals....there's an endless number of things to do in the Twin Cities..... let's keep the fun going :-)
We're always open to suggestions so please drop your ideas in the Discussion box or send the leadership team a message, and we'll make your ideas a reality.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW COVID-19/CDC GUIDELINES

What's Next Improv at the BLB 6/30!!
Bryant Lake Bowl, 810 W. Lake St., Minneapolis, MN, USHi!! Evading heat for this Tuesday, I found humor and great food at the Bryant Lake Bowl, a quaint, intimate theatre within their little bowling alleys. It's a unique and fun place to find yourself in!
Go here to purchase tickets-$12 before Tuesday otherwise $15 at the door on Tuesday.
https://www.bryantlakebowl.com/theater/whats-next-juneThen here for general info including menu. Food is great! You order inside the theatre. I usually love ordering Bi Bim Bap!
https://www.bryantlakebowl.com/menuAlthough it begins at 7 pm, coming early before the doors open (6PM) allows us to settle in to our chosen seating next to one another, get acquainted, perhaps order food and beverages inside the performance area.
Their Description reads as follows: Improv comedy, with a unique monthly selection of variety acts. From stand-up to sketch to music to magic, you’re sure to be asking yourself…what’s next?
Local improv troupe Whose Left have been performing in the Twin Cities with their unique blend of absurdist and narrative improv since 2022. Products of Huge Improv Theater’s curriculum (RIP), they’ve performed at Improv-A-Go-Go, Honey Jar Improv, and other places where improv is thrust upon the unexpecting public.I found a review on AI that read as follows which made me want to put out this Meetup for others to experience too:
Reviews & Community Vibe
While formal critics' reviews for the niche indie group are scarce, fan and community sentiment regarding their live shows is highly positive.- Attendees consistently praise Whose Left for consistently delivering solid character work and an engaging stage presence. [1]
- Unlike fast-paced, game-based short-form comedy (like ComedySportz), the troupe excels at long-form performances where they build sustained stories and intricate scenarios from a single audience suggestion. [1, 2]
- The group is known in the Twin Cities scene for being approachable, highly collaborative, and deeply supportive of one another on stage.
- Parking: I usually go up Bryant Avenue (1 way) from Lake Street and if I can't park on Bryant, I go off to the first numbered street and can easily park there!
And there you go! I hope to see some of you this coming Tuesday @ 5:45 in line!
