Necessary Diversion & GB Leighton at St. John the Baptist FallFest - Sat. 9/27

No admission charge.
Necessary Diversion performs 5:30-7:00 PM.
GB Leighton performs 7:30-10:00 PM, with a break for fireworks at 8:30 PM.

GB Leighton band plays a style of rock that includes elements of Americana, Midwest Heartland Rock, roots-rock, and country. They perform originals and covers.

What to bring
Lawn chair, water (up to you), and I recommend both cash and credit card. I use ear plugs when near the band, but, again, obviously, that's your individual call to make.

Weather
The performers and the dance floor are under a tent, which is open on three sides. Audience seating is available under the tent, but space is also available outside the tent, which is where we'll set up our lawn chairs, unless it's raining or looks like rain, in which case we might use the chairs they provide and sit under the tent.

I'm not likely to cancel due to weather, except in the case of a very likely all-day cold, soaking rain.
Of course, if there are any weather-related updates, or if I see a need to cancel, I'll post a comment here on this page.

How to find us
I look like my photo. I'll be wearing my red-orange-yellow-green cap with a jungle leaves design. I'll sit in the general area near the corner of the tent that is to the left as you enter the festival area from the street. I'll try to find somewhere to place my green pole with attached balloon.
