Hopkins’ Favorite Food Truck Party Is Back -Year 5!
The Hopkins Food Truck Festival is rolling back into downtown Hopkins for the 5th year in a row, and we’re bringing even more flavor, fun, and festival vibes to Mainstreet on Saturday, May 9th. And yes—it’s FREE to attend.
From 11AM–9PM, explore 50+ incredible food trucks serving up street eats from across the globe. From Maine lobster rolls and shrimp tacos to smoked ribs, gyros, and fro-yo, this is your chance to eat your way through the world—no passport required. Trucks will line 9th Ave N & spill into Downtown Park, near Clocktower Plaza, turning downtown Hopkins into one delicious block party.
But food is just the beginning
You’ll also find unique experiences on four wheels including fashion & clothing trucks, a vintage record truck, a photo booth truck, and something special for our four-legged guests

Add in live music all day, plus life-size Jenga, mechanical bull, bean bag toss, henna tattoo artists, and more—and you’ve got an all-day summer celebration the whole crew will love.

Drinks + Doing Good: Pair the music with a freshly poured beer, seltzer, or batched cocktail. A free wristband is required for adult beverages, with proceeds benefiting Feed My Starving Children. In 2025, our festivals helped provide 50,000 meals to those in need.

Getting There: Parking is available in nearby municipal ramps, neighborhoods, and street parking. We strongly encourage ride-sharing, carpooling, and Metro Transit.
