I'll be dancing to many of their songs. Please join me, with or without a partner, as you see fit. Maybe we can get a group dance
going.

Music performances begin at 5:30 p.m.
I'll be there by 4:30 p.m.
If you can, come early for introductions and conversation before the music begins.

The area where music is performed on the Civic Plaza East Lawn is a grass hill with no permanent seating.

What to bring
A blanket or lawn chair for your comfort and convenience,
both credit card and cash, and an umbrella to have on hand in case of a passing rain shower.
Mosquito repellant? Couldn't hurt to have on hand.
I use ear plugs when close to the music (your call).

In case of rain
Check https://www.facebook.com/blm.mn.parks for any updates the day of the event. If I find out anything
concerning weather-related changes I'll post a comment
on this page.

How to find us
I'll try to find shade (shade might be scarce??) in the audience area, not too far from the dance area but not too close. I look like my photo. I'll wear my orange-green-red-yellow "jungle leaves" design cap. Look for a 5 ft. green pole with a blue pennant on it that marks our area.
