The White Keys band at Vadnais Heights Days, Saturday August 15

Free.
Music is 7:30-10:30 p.m., with a break for fireworks at about 9:00 p.m.
I'll be there by 6:30 p.m. Get there early for introductions and conversation before the music starts, maybe even earlier than me, to check out the food trucks and soak in the festival vibe.

The White Keys consist of Sebastian Davin (Vocals, Piano) and Allen Maier (Drummer Extraordinaire). Although just a duo, fans are consistently shocked that there are only two people on stage filling out all that sound - You can do a lot with piano and drums!
I think they'll have us on our feet, movin' and groovin'.

Bring
Lawn chair, both cash and credit card, water, mosquito repellant (your call), and maybe ear plugs for when you're near the band (I use them).
You might want to have an umbrella on hand in case of a passing rain shower.

How to find us
I look like my photo. I'll be wearing my colorful "jungle leaves" design cap. I usually sit further back from the music so as to facilitate conversation, with as convenient access to the dance area as can be had. Look for, near us, a green pole with a blue pennant it.
