Henry cowell Observation Deck

This trail takes hikers through a variety of ecosystems and rewards those who make it to the observation deck with stunning views of Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz Mountain ridges. This is the highest point of elevation in the park. Please keep in mind that dogs are only allowed on Pipeline Road. Visitors may not bring them to the Redwood Grove, or on the hike up to the observation deck.
