Meditation Monday is a space specifically designed for beginners and anyone looking for a quick, guided mental reset. A calm Monday leads to a focused Tuesday, a productive Wednesday, and a better you.

The session is short, guided, and approachable so you can reap the benefits of mindfulness without the stress of "doing it right."

It provides a chance to quiet your mind and also build a community of like-minded people. By finding our own inner calm, we make the world a little more peaceful—one meditation at a time.

What to Expect

  • Zero experience needed: Perfect for absolute beginners.
  • Guided: You won’t be left in silence; I will guide you through the practice.
  • Short & sweet: An introduction to meditation, follwed by a short meditation of a few minutes. Over time, we'll increase it to 15 minutes.
  • Come as you are: No special cushions or Zen-master robes required. :)

How to Join

  • Platform: Microsoft Teams (Link provided upon RSVP).
  • Arrival: Please enter the waiting room a few minutes early.
