Shift to Stillness is a weekly space designed for busy minds to reset, recharge, and learn practical tools for everyday peace. By finding our own inner stillness, we make the world a little more peaceful—one meditation at a time.
Each week, we’ll do a short guided meditation and learn techniques to calm the mind to:

  • Create a "Pause Button": Develop the gap between your emotions and your reactions.
  • Strengthen Focus: Retrain your mind to stay present and productive.
  • Sleep Better: Learn how to quiet a "racing mind" to help your body rest and digest.
  • Build Your Toolkit: Discover different meditation styles to find what works for you.

What to Expect

  • Guided & Approachable: You’ll be led through every step.
  • Short & Sweet: Meditations will be short and, over time, build up to 15 minutes.
  • Practical Tools: Each week features a specific technique you can integrate into your daily life.
  • Come As You Are: No special equipment or cushions needed—just a quiet place to sit.
