We often fight the inevitability of life, trying to avoid or deny the difficult emotions and physical tensions we carry. This week, we explore a different path inspired by the teachings of Matt Kahn. Instead of fighting what arises, we learn to meet it with a soft, supportive embrace.
In this 15-minute session, we will practice a specific Somatic Healing Technique. By bringing gentle attention to where emotions or pain linger in the body, we begin to loosen cellular memory and allow a moment of true healing to begin.
You will learn how to use your own breath and a simple healing mantra to speak to whatever arises. Come join our community as we make the world a little more peaceful – one healed heart at a time.
What to Expect

· Practical Tools: You’ll walk away with a specific "Hand-on-Heart" technique for daily resets.
· Come As You Are: No special equipment or experience required – just a quiet place to sit.

· Arrival: Please enter the virtual waiting room a few minutes early so we can start on time. Once we enter our collective meditative healing, I won’t be able to admit late arrivals.
