As humans, we tend to push away feelings of discomfort and leap right over the ones that feel good. This week’s meditation focuses on radical self-love to change the way we relate to our own bodies and emotions. We can learn to lean into the fullness of our experience—including our fear, rejection, and pain, as well as the warmth and tenderness we feel toward ourselves. By embracing every sensation with love, we give ourselves what we need most—LOVE.

What to Expect

  • Guided & Approachable: You’ll be led through every step of the Tonglen visualization process.
  • Short & Sweet: Our session will be around 30 minutes long (including a 15-minute guided meditation).
  • Come As You Are: No special equipment or prior meditation experience is required—just a quiet place to sit and an open heart.

How to Join

  • Platform: Microsoft Teams (Link provided upon RSVP).
  • Arrival: Please enter the virtual waiting room a few minutes early so we can start on time. Once we begin the collective meditation, I won’t be able to admit late arrivals.
