We all catch ourselves holding onto things that drain our energy. It can be frustration from a tough week, hurt, anxiety about the future, or just feeling overwhelmed. Ignoring it or keeping it bottled up simply doesn't work. So how do we actually deal with it?
Some poeple find exercise, journaling or other expressive outlets helpful, but what happens when we are still carrying the tension in our bodies?
In this practical workshop, we’ll look at 3 somatic ways to let go of negative emotions. It’s going to be a relaxed session with a wonderful group of people – so be ready to show up, show your face, and unmute yourself!
