🎿 Park City & Deer Valley Ski/Snowboard Trip – April 11–18, 2025 🏂
Join us for an epic ski + snowboard trip to Park City and Deer Valley in Utah!

  • Dates: Friday, April 11 – Friday, April 18, 2025
  • Lodging: Marriott MountainSide – Ski-in/Ski-out at the base of Park City Mountain!
  • Resorts: Park City (Epic Pass), Deer Valley (Ikon Pass), plus other Ikon resorts nearby (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbasin)

🛏️ Lodging
We’ve reserved multiple 2-bedroom condos at Marriott MountainSide:

  • Each unit includes 2 bedrooms, a shared living space, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to hot tubs & pool
  • Located right at the base of the resort – true ski-in/ski-out access!
  • Deer Valley is only 1.3 miles away – take the free bus (5–10 mins)

Cost (lodging + Snacks/Breakfast)
Prices depend on how long you're staying and whether you're sharing a bed.
🔹 Sharing a Bed

  • $295/person – Weekend only (2 nights)
  • $395/person – 3+ nights

🔹 Your Own Bed

  • $575/person – Weekend only (2 nights)
  • $750/person – 3+ nights

Note: Sharing a bed requires two people. If you're solo and don't have someone to share with, the solo bed price applies.

Parking Info

  • 2 free parking spots are available
  • Free spots go to those who pay first
  • Additional vehicles can park onsite for a daily fee

Getting There

  • Fly into Salt Lake City (SLC)
  • Take a shuttle, Uber Ski, or other affordable rideshare options.
  • Park City is 35 miles to airport and easy to get to!

Refund Policy

  • Cancel 30+ days out → Full refund
  • Cancel 14–29 days out → 50% refund
  • Cancel 0–13 days out → No refund
