THE RUN:
Join us for an 8km trail run around the city, then back to the pub for social drinks afterwards. The trail is laid in chalk and you have to follow it!

THEME:
At the end of this run we’ll have a drink stop with beer and cider, and then back to the pub to vote in our new committee.

GETTING THERE:
Meet at the pub at 7pm to drop bags, then the run starts from 7.15pm. Ask for Committe members Kent, Nick, Matt or Polly when you find us at the pub. There are around 30-50 runners each week.

ABOUT US:
We’re an inclusive club that runs in central London every Tuesday evening at 7pm. Each week, someone (the hare) volunteers to set a trail from a new location that that everyone else (the hounds) have to follow, usually between 7-8km with checkpoints along the way.

Average group size is between 30-50 runners each week (we use Meetup to attract new members; our existing members don’t need to register online).

We start and end at a pub and there are always social drinks after the run. All running abilities are welcome and we run whatever the weather! You can also leave your bag at the pub as someone will stay behind (the bag sitter).

We regularly have themed fancy dress runs and extra events such as our beer stand at the London Marathon, Oktoberfest or Halloween hash.

We’re part of a global network called the Hash House Harriers and have clubs in every major city around the world. If you’re visiting London from another Hash, please come along and join us!

So check out our website, join us on Facebook or follow us on Instagram and we’ll see you next Tuesday!

*Your first run is free! After that it’s just £2 per week, or we have an annual membership option.
