Formal New Years Eve Party

This will be a double party
The party of the first part (formal Sit Down Dinner) will be served at 730 PM Sarp
There will be a Maximum of 100 people
To attend you must contribute either food form the list below. Or contribute Labor in the way of cooking, serving or cleanup

The minimum contribution in food will be to a value of $50 or more per person
What were looking for is a whole fillet Mignon as sold at Costco or Stew Lenoards runs about $50 to $70
$50 worth of T-bone or Sirloin Steaks
$50 worth of Tilapia or Salmon
$50 worth of Chicken white meat fillets
$50 worth to supply Asparagus, Broccoli, Corn, carrots ete.
$50 worth of high quality Horderves
$50 worth of fruit platters
$50 worth of cheese platters
$50 worth of Soft drinks; Soda, Juices, mixers,
$50 worth of liquor: Scotch, Vodka, Rye, Tequila, Rum or Champagne
$50 worth of Party favors, hats etc
Or a $50 check made payable to Costco or Stew Leonard's or call of other instruction for other vendors to make the check payable to. (ie. band, food supplier etc)

If you can supply a DJ you will get 3 guest passes plus yourself
If you supply a band, you'll get 10 guest passes including yourself
If you want to attend the sit down formal dinner and do not wish to contribute either food or money. You can contribute you labor in the form of 4 hours of help in the kitchen cooking. Or Serving dinner to the seated guests which you will be one of after you finish helping. You can also contribute 4 hours of bar tending or clean-up. We want to make sure that EVERYONE is able to attend and the money should not be a determining factor. But will have only so many slots for helpers.
We will have at least a DJ, and depending on the turn out maybe a bend and a Comedy Club show.
Food items are due two days before the party. Liquor is due one week before the party.
The first 50 persons who sign up will get on site parking on NYE night.
The party goes till at least Midnight of course and we'll be watching our balls drop.
OTHER RULES:
As always NO DRUGS allowed. Come sober and leave sober.
Dress is at least semi formal. Men: at least a suit and tie but formal preferred. Ladies at least a dress but dressing to the 9s is preferred.

Part II of the party:
Open to 150 more guests (totaling 250)
Starting at 9PM going till at least midnight
Bring a dish of something for others to enjoy. Not as mush or as costly as in part 1, but use your imagination and cooking skills. your dishes should be cooked and ready or almost ready to serve for others to enjoy.
Bring whatever you are drinking in terms of Liquor or soft drinks.
Come down the first driveway and Unload at the front door and then drive out and park on the street but not on anyone's lawn or blocking the roadway.
The name of each gust must be submitted with RSVP as we WILL be checking at the door. You can make changes up till two days before the party in writing or by calling Bruce.
