Longform Improv Acting.
Details
2 hour Spolin workshop.
Learn a whole new focus. Train yourself to use the body as your character, not your mind.
Repeating patterns, kinaesthetic focus ( listening through the body senses), using the space, emotional objects, finding a game.
All these focus exercises become behaviour. Out of behaviour, a character is formed. With simple games and focus, we create amazing fun scenes without working hard!
