Greetings brothers and sisters,
Please join me in a sound healing meditation workshop. This sound journey will assist you in being relaxed, let the ocean of sound landscapes wash over you as I play medicine drums, rainsticks, crystal singing bowls, gongs and much more.
Join me as we embark on a journey of sound resonance together at the beautiful AKA Studio Yoga in Brunswick.

Upon entry please provide $30.00 exact change, please
The journey begins at 1:00 pm
The journey ends at 2:30 pm
When to arrive ? please arrive around 12:50 to 1:00
What to bring ?
Yoga mats will be provided, to be more comfortable you may bring your own yoga mat, pillow's, blankets anything that will make you feel more comfortable and a Water bottle please.
