SHOEMAKING 101

This will be a lecture on the complete process from design to finished product on how a shoe is made. This is NOT a hands on shoemaking class. I will go over the basic tools and steps necessary to make a shoe.

I will go over design fundamentals of a shoe and give out stencils for you to use to design mens and womens shoes. If you have taken the design workshop before, this is what we will go over and a deeper explanation of the tools and supplies. This will give you a guide to the shoemaking course we offer and what you can learn to make.

The cost of the class will be $45. Only paid members allowed. Please RSVP as seating will be limited. No refunds will be offered but all notes and lecture documents can be emailed to attendees that do not show.
