# Board Game Night at Panera

Join us for an exciting evening of board games at Panera! This meetup is perfect for board game enthusiasts and newcomers alike, offering a fun and social atmosphere to enjoy a variety of games.

If you can't come at 6pm thats fine! come any time and we'll likely be able to get you to join our next game!

We also have group on Thursday but I've gotten interest from people who said they'd prefer a different night and location so let's give it a shot!

Details:

• Location: Panera in HAZLET
• Time: Starts at 6:00 PM
• Duration: Until 10:00 PM (Panera’s closing time)
• Seating: We will be in the corner, securing multiple tables to accommodate our group and provide ample space for gameplay.

After Hours:
If the fun continues past 10:00 PM, there is a local boardwalk/park we can go to to keep the fun going! also there is a planet fitness those those that want to maybe workout??

Board Game Night Free Drink Promotion Terms
As part of our board game night event, participants may have the opportunity to win a complimentary standard fountain drink, lemonade, coffee, or tea from Panera Bread, subject to the following terms:

1. Winner Selection: Up to three (3) winners may be selected per event night, with selections occurring within ten (10) minutes of 6:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and, at the organizer’s discretion, before closing time.
2. Prize Details: Each winner will receive one (1) standard fountain drink, lemonade, coffee, or tea, paid for by the organizer. Specialty drinks, smoothies, or other premium beverages are not included.
3. Prize Limitations: Due to membership restrictions, a maximum of two (2) drinks will be guaranteed per event night, with the possibility of a third drink at the organizer’s discretion, subject to availability and membership terms.
4. Eligibility: Participants must be present at the board game night and actively participate in the designated game to be eligible for the prize. The organizer reserves the right to determine eligible games and winners.
5. Additional Terms: The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All decisions by the organizer regarding winner selection and prize distribution are final.
