Monthly Abiqua Falls Hike & Cold Plunge

*There is no cell reception - if you are running late please let the group know as soon as possible.

We will meet at the upper parking lot at 9AM, then car pool down the road to get closer to the trailhead. This is very steep and wet - please bring appropriate footwear to maintain traction.

Optional cold plunge/swimming in the waterfall pool 🥶

We will hang out at the falls, enjoy some snacks, and chat, then trek back up.
Depending on interest, we may stop for food on the way home
WHAT TO BRING:
- Water (1 or 2 liters)
- Snacks
- Footwear with good traction in steep muddy trails
- Optional: Sunscreen, rain jacket, swim suit, towel, sun hat
