Wild Flowers on the Rodeo Beach Trail Loop (5.2 Miles, Moderate Difficulty)

Let’s return to an old favorite of mine: the Rodeo Beach Coastal Trail and the Miwok Trail!

THIS TRAIL IS MODERATE DIFFICULTY AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR LESS EXPERIENCED HIKERS. Feel free to skip this hike and join one of our easier hikes if you're unsure :)

We’ll meet in the Rodeo Beach parking area, near the bathrooms. From there, we’ll be working counterclockwise, starting with the beautiful hills of the Miwok trail and ending on the amazing ocean views of the Coastal Trail.

Be sure to layer up as it can be hot on the way up, then windy and cold by the coast. The whole hike is a loop that takes about two and a half hours, so we’ll be back at our cars around lunch time.
