7:00 PM start – stay ’til the stories fade

Forecast calls for rain sprinkles, but we’ll have cover under the patio.

Jake’s place – 22704 64th Ave E, Bradenton 34211 (≈ 30 min east of downtown)

Heads-up: If you arrive without an RSVP and haven’t confirmed with Matt or Jake, you may be turned away—space is limited for this.

What to Expect

Patio HQ: Dry hangout zone with tunes, drinks, and board games if the sky drips.

Small fire (weather permitting): We’ll spark a modest pit whenever clouds cooperate.

Jake’s famous burgers: Please chip in $5 toward the meat.

Explore the property: Meet the cows 🐄, poke around the big garage of curiosities, maybe foot-race across the lawn (if it isn’t soggy) or test a little light grappling/wrestling—voluntary and friendly only.

Music & chill: I’ll spin a laid-back playlist—requests welcome.
