MomoCon Saturday MeetUp

Come join us at MomoCon! We’ll meet up around 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 23rd. Whether you're coming in cosplay or just want to hang out with fellow con fans, this is a great chance to explore the convention together and meet new people.

📍 Exact meetup location will be shared closer to the event date.
⚠️ Important:
• MomoCon tickets must be purchased individually. I am planning on attending the Saturday Night Rave as well.
• Cosplay is not required but highly encouraged 😌

‼️Absence Policy‼️
To ensure fairness and give all members an equal opportunity to attend events, we have implemented a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows.
- No-shows or failure to update your RSVP will result in removal from the group.
- Late cancellations or RSVP changes within 6 hours of the event start time will also be treated as a no-show, as they prevent other members from taking your spot.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you must cancel within the 6-hour window due to an emergency, please contact the event host directly to avoid penalties.

Exception:
This policy does not apply to members on the waitlist who are automatically moved to “Attending” within 48 hours of the event due to another member canceling.
