$5 Community Yoga Class 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Let’s enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning with yoga! The Upward Light Healing yoga studio offers a community drop-in class 11:30 AM to 12:30PM. $5 cash. There are yoga mats, towels, and blocks to borrow from the studio if you do not already own one. No need to sign up before hand, just show up 10 minutes before class starts.
Grab your water and yoga mats and let’s “namaste” together! 🧘‍♀️
