Join us for a guided journaling session diving into what confidence looks and feels like as women in male-dominated fields. Through thoughtful prompts and open discussion, we will explore the moments that have shaped us, the spaces we have had to fight for, and what it actually means to show up confidently in environments that were not always built for us.
We will move through each prompt together, taking time to write and then opening it up for group discussion.
Come with a journal and pen, ready to write and reflect. No journaling experience necessary.
