Fall Hike Mt. Ida RMNP

Colors in the mountains are changing and the weather is supposed to be awesome this weekend! I've heard great things about the Mt. Ida hike and you drive up Trail Ridge Road - lots of aspens - on the way up.

Round-Trip Length: 9.6 miles (distance may vary slightly by route)
Start-End Elevation: 10,753' - 12,889' (12,889' max elevation)
Elevation Change: +2,136' net elevation gain (+3,012' total roundtrip elevation gain)
Skill Level: Moderate-Strenuous
Dogs Allowed: No
