Halloween on the Waterfront

Ahhh....autumn...that delightful season for pumpkins, cool sweater weather, and all things Halloween-ish!!!

Come join our group this Saturday October 28, 2023, for a Halloween on the Southwest Waterfront in D.C. A very picturesque setting filled with shops, bars, restaurants, a riverside view, and even an outdoor s'more station.

Dressed up in costume or not...either is fine. If you can, please do bring some goodies. We'll have our own sort of "trick-or-treat" for adults (like a potluck, but with candies).

We'll meet in front of the L'Enfant metro station at 3:00 P.M. (accessible by the Yellow, Green, Blue, Silver, and Orange lines). If I'm in costume, you'll see Socrates at the entrance to the metro. If I'm not in costume, I'll hold a sign that reads "Meetup Waterfront."

From there, we'll walk to the waterfront. For anybody who is interested, the International Spy Museum is nearby. It does cost money, but it is a very cool/fascinating museum!

If you are running late, please just send a message to either my phone (703-300-0376) or to the event page on Meetup. I don't want to leave anyone behind, but we do want to make sure head out by at least 3:30 P.M.
