• 7:30–8:00 AM: Open networking (easy, relaxed, no pressure)
• Quick 45-second elevator pitch from everyone
• A featured weekly presentation from one member
• Q&A and conversation to go a little deeper

It’s structured enough to be productive, but relaxed enough to feel natural.
