A Quick Look at Kyo

An interesting new library for Scala has dropped -- Kyo! This library offers a new way to encode effects in Scala that goes beyond both Cats and even ZIO.

We'll be taking a quick look at the library. Looking at some examples, and discussing where we think Kyo might get used in the codebases we contribute to.
