Group Singing- Bring ideas for future songs!

Details

Here comes another Wednesday!

Last week we had two new singers (thank you for coming along!) and we started on "Liverpool Street Station", it's another challenge but we'll get there! Progress is being made each week with "Rhythm of Life" too. This week we'll cover our usual warm ups and toy with our two works in progress. In the last 5 minutes we'll have some time to put some new requests in for songs we'd like to sing in the future. All suggestions very welcome!!

As a side note- a small group of us have been meeting from 6pm till 6.30pm for a little Introduction to Ukulele with Elle. We are covering a few cords and just getting used to strumming. Anyone is welcome to join, if you don't have a ukulele don't worry- you can use Elle's!

Come for a social sing!

Quite simply, we are a community lead group who come together to sing and have a lovely time. Everyone and anyone is welcome! We sing everything from Zulu folk songs to cheesy ballads in a relaxed space for you to let loose have fun and meet other music lovers. No experience or commitment necessary, just come along! If you have any questions please message Elle or Andy via meetup.

Location;

St Katharine's House (http://www.rfsk.org.uk/contact/get-here) in our historic chapel.

Some songs we've sung lately;

-The Rhythm of life", "Scarborough Fair", "Down to the river to pray", "Wade in the Water", "Spirit Bird".
