Bitcoin's Lightning Network Explained ⚡

Welcome to the Sofia Bitcoin Meetup where we focus exclusively on Bitcoin and related protocols. At our events, we will discuss the latest technical and economic topics in Bitcoin. There will be two different meetups: Presentations and Socratic Seminars (which are events adapted from the original NYC BitDevs Socratic Seminars https://bitdevs.org and SF Bitcoin Devs https://www.sfbitcoindevs.org).

Join us at the next Bitcoin meetup where we will talk about the Lightning Network! We will take a deep dive in how the technology behind the lightning network works and also show you some practical demos.

Venue: Puzl CowOrKing, 4th floor, Conference Room (right next to the office entrance)

The format of this event will be the following:

1. (19:00 - 19:15) 15 minutes for networking & beers
2. (19:15 - 19:30) 15 minutes for a community introduction
3. (19:30 - 21:00) Presentation & Demos on the lightning network
4. (21:00 - 21:30) 30 minutes for more networking & beers

No cameras & microphones! We fully value your privacy and we don't want people to feel intimidated when they're talking or asking questions, so we have a strict NO recording policy at our events.
