Lukas is an engineer and UX designer turned entrepreneur and an active Lean Startup practitioner. Spark59 helps entrepreneurs succeed by providing tools and content that helps to put theory into practice.
He will speak about how to integrate Lean Startup, Customer Development and UX design into Agile Teams. Agile is great for building software, but when it comes to operating under the condition of high uncertainty it is often not enough. Using agile to deliver actions identified with Lean Startup and UX experiments can help build the right product & build the product right.

Thomas will share Product Management hacks that can come handy when one is strapped for resources. Everyone is strapped for resources, but learning how to embrace your constraints and how to decide what are the most important things you need to focus on can help you immensely when you feel lost in the lalaland of urgency.
