It’s Time to Get Off the Apps and Into Real Life
Hollywood's hottest new rooftop social experience for singles and couples is here! "Meet Cute", a three-night mix and mingle event series, serves as an ice-breaker and connection-maker featuring a unique mix of curated music, food, specialty drinks, and engaging games over the course of three nights at the iconic Ricardo Montalban Theater rooftop lounge.

Meet Cute at the Montalban Theater will run Monday through Wednesday 7:00pm - 11:00pm beginning Monday September 18th and ending Wednesday October 25th. Tickets are available via themontalban.com for single night experiences, the full week (3 night) experience, or season passes to attend any and/or every night of the 18 night experience!

Monday's Mix & Mingle
The Meet Cute week begins on Monday with a chance to connect with a network of couples and singles. Drinks, concessions, and games abound while a rom-com movie montage plays on the big screen.

The fun begins at 7:00pm with an hour of icebreakers. An hour into the evening, a rom-com movie montage takes over the big screen as singles who have been chosen from a first-come, first-served sign-up sheet participate in a series of get-to-know-you speed dating games. At the conclusion of speed dating, participants are set free to once again mingle with the crowd just in time for "Yappy Hour" at 10:00pm, which caps off the night with $6 beer and wine specials until the evening comes to a close at 11:00pm.

Taco "Tunes" Day
On Tuesday, guests are encouraged to eat and sing their hearts out. Drinks, appetizers, concessions, and a music video playlist on the big screen will be on tap.

The evening begins with a music-themed hour of icebreakers at 7:00pm. Speed dating games begin again at 8:00pm with a new group of singles as a playlist of classic music videos takes over the big screen. After speed dating concludes, Karaoke will then be open to all in attendance including the option for "Blind Duet" Karaoke. Yappy Hour once again marks the final hour of the night including beer and wine until closing at 11:00pm.

Wednesday's "Meet Cute Live"
The Meet Cute week culminates on Wednesday with “Meet Cute Live” where attendees have the chance to watch a first date in real time on the big screen! 7:00pm marks the night’s opening with drinks, concessions, and games available while guests grab their seats ahead of the week’s main event which begins at 8:30pm.

“Meet Cute Live” sees two strangers set up on a blind date in the Montalbán’s Mezzanine and live-streamed to a viewing audience on the rooftop. During the 90-minute date, the audience is given an opportunity to participate "live" every step of the way, including real-time audience questions being introduced alongside specialty drinks and desserts. It’s a socially immersive evening for couples and singles alike!

Following the dating session, Meet Cute winds down at 10:00pm with a final hour to mingle with fellow attendees before the week closes at 11:00pm!
