As you may know 2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year for PHP with the releases of PHP7, Symfony3, eZ Platform, Drupal 8, continued investment in HHVM and many other exciting projects.
Your favourite PHP Open Source project is likely to use at least parts from the Symfony project in the very near future.
This means you'll see more familiar conventions and patterns (such as Dependency Injection, Event Dispatching...) as well as syntax (Twig, YAML...).
To get a head start to the present and the future of PHP we've arranged speakers to present on the future of PHP, Symfony3, a few technical case examples, maybe even a look at async PHP...
