This week we are catering a Mideast Feast for the Tree of Life Conference at Kairos Milwaukie UCC, the venue we rent for Sunday Supper, and you will get to share it, too!

Our ALL RAW, ALL VEGAN Organic MENU includes:

Falafal served with fresh Tahini Sauce on a Romaine Wrap

Sprouted Garbanzo Bean Hummus with chopped veggies

Grain-free Tabouli Salad

Flax Pita Bread

Pistachio-Rosewater Dipped Strawberries (tastes like baklava!)

Let us know with your RSVP if you can come between 4 and 4:30 to help in the preparation, as we will be making small plates for about 75 people at the event we're catering just before Sunday Supper. PLEASE COME to HELP!

Our grace practice after dinner, we'll revisit the meditation we learned last week, Centering in Presence with a sacred word and a touchstone rock. Last week we all felt the deeply relaxing effect of meditating together for 20 minutes, so make a point to come if you missed it.
