Kickoff meeting!

There are SO many wonderful Salesforce groups in the Ohana, let alone just in Philadelphia! What you can expect at an Equity Salesforce Practitioners meeting? We're proud to be a regional chapter of Amplify (check out www.weareamplify.org to learn more!) with our own Philly flavor.

Connection We're not just looking for our next gig - we're also looking to show up as our full, vibrant selves - women in tech, queer folks, Women of Color, parents, artists, and more. Come to this meetup so that we can get to know you as a Salesforce practitioner and beyond! Oh, and there will definitely be networking - just not the show-offy kind :)

Inclusivity We're working hard to build an inclusive space that is rewarding for Super Users, Admins, Developers, Partners, ISVs, and/or job seekers across Nonprofit and For Profit communities. Come as you are!

Value We want to make Meetups worth your time - so we're planning for activities that are fun, informative, and immediately beneficial. We'll have a rotating bunch of demos, discussions, and time to earn a Trailhead badge or two so you walk away having accomplished something. Two people on our leadership team are performing artists, so get ready for some fun and goofy activities, too! (Don't worry - two other members of our leadership team prefer to stay home with a knitting project).

Solidarity Many of us have faced disappointments and obstacles in our career as underrepresented people in tech. We want to use storytelling, mentorship, and our supportive networks to amplify our voices and our careers. We can't do it alone!
