Walk and Talk - Crab & Winkle edition (Canterbury - Whitstable)

Join us for a relaxed afternoon walk from Canterbury to Whitstable along the Crab and Winkle Way (7.5-mile / 12 km).

We’ll meet outside Canterbury West station at 11:45 for a midday start, then set off up the hill, through the University of Kent, and then follow the path of the historic, now-closed, Canterbury and Whitstable Railway line, offering beautiful views of the countryside. There is an incline for the first section of the walk but after that it flattens out.

Join us for a leisurely walk with good company and conversation, finishing on the seafront for some fish and chips.
When we’re ready to head back we’ll catch the number 400 bus back to Canterbury.
