Not your typical walk along the river, we will start from Canterbury East Station, going towards Hollow Lane then taking a left to start the ascent to Chartham Downs, that's where we will see the photographed woods (I think it will be prime bluebell season too). From here we begin descent down to Chartham village. Chartham has a train station where we will conclude our walk.

Here is a map of our route: https://explore.osmaps.com/route/25822670/canterbury-to-chartham-nature-walk?lat=51.26009&lon=1.03205&zoom=13.2829&style=Standard&type=2d

The walk is a little less than 10 kms, but very picturesque. I will be stopping every now and then to take photos!
We will be walking through some farms, so wear appropriate footwear. There is a long incline in the beginning, then a decline towards the end. Next to the train station is a park and a grocery store - I will def be getting a cold drink there and sitting for a while in the park if you wish to join.
