The quartz crystal singing bowl is one of the most dynamic forms of sound healing. Studies have shown that their sounds have a powerful impact on muscles of the body, mental activity as well as the nervous, circulatory and digestive systems. The notes of these crystal singing bowls are tuned to specific vibrational frequencies within the human body and the chakras. When the sounds from the bowls ring into our bodies, our cells; our total being moves to the rhythm of the soundwave. This puts us in harmony with the soundwave and assists in returning us to an optimum healthy state of being.

Each chakra needs to be able to function at it's correct frequency independently. So in beginning our journey to awakening and clearing the chakras we will work through the first 3 chakras( root, sacral & solar plexus) where our awareness, logical mind and ego operate most. Using breath, bija mantra tones specific respectively (Lam, Vam & Ram) along with the sounds of the crystal singing bowls to raise our consciousness awareness up so we can begin to transcend our underlying fears that prevent us from connecting to our higher Self. We will then move through the heart, throat, 3rd eye and crown chakras with respective bija tones Ham, Yam, Om & Aum using breath and voice with the expansive crystal bowls that are attuned to each ideal specific frequency of the chakras.

Once the chakras reach a their ideal vibration, they are in harmony with one another and a level of unison is experienced which raises the physical vibration of your entire body bringing you to an optimum functioning state of being in mind body & spirit.
