Botanical Illustration and Crafting with Stitch & Pitch

Come explore your crafty side with Stitch & Pitch, a monthly craft night fundraiser! This event will be held at Bark Headquarters (Watchdog organization for Mt. Hood National Forest).

6:30-7:30 I will be teaching botanical illustration with live cuttings of some of native plants.

After 7:30, you can continue to draw, bring your own project to work on, or be inspired by the arts and craft supplies we provide. Knit, sew, draw, color, bead, collage… or do something else entirely!

Expert crafters will be available to teach skills, and there will be a “Hand-Made Market” of goods made by our community members. Snacks will be provided, and you are welcome to bring food or drink to share. All proceeds this month will go to the Portland Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Oregon to support future Native Plant Month education and outreach activities.
