Many see yoga as a way to stay fit and flexible. It's true - yoga can be great cardio and strength training in addition to increasing your flexibility! It is also a great way to clear your mind of it's nonsense.
Bring a yoga mat, water vessel, light weights if you have them and your already fabulous self!
