Note regarding the €12 fee:
Out of the €12 ticket, €5 is strictly designated for on-site consumption (intended for your coffee and croissant during the event). If you choose to order something different or higher in price, your €5 credit will be applied toward your order, and you simply pay the difference. This credit is strictly for use at the venue during the meetup.

Additional Refund Policy:
• Event Start & Voucher Usage: No refunds will be issued once the event has started or after the €5 venue credit has been used.
• Code of Conduct & Safety: To maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all attendees, appropriate behavior is required at all times. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the group without a refund. You will be required to leave the private property immediately, and if necessary, local law enforcement will be called to press charges.
