Join us for exciting evenings of fun, non stop moving together and shadowing kickboxing ! All with a super music designed by professionals !We are a strong group fitness exercise community that believes in the power of connecting, staying active and strong!
At these events, you'll have the opportunity to meet fellow fitness enthusiasts and expand your social network while enjoying a super workout and different range of motions. Our group fitness session will be led by me 😁, ex physical therapist, passionate with martial arts and certified strong nation instructor. I will guide you through a high-energy workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardioand plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
