How can we apply the same entrepreneurial, innovative, agile spirit as we think about the work of social impact organizations in 2019?

More collaboration, more social listening, more engagement, more innovation...What problem are you trying to solve? What niche are you trying to fill?

DoorDash started as a restaurant delivery service filling a need, but their vision is much broader as a logistics company. It's fascinating to learn about it's evolution and think about how the lessons can be applied to the social impact sector...Thinking ahead, it may be best if we retire the use of the word "nonprofit" and use "social impact organizations" or something else?
