America Before by Graham Hancock

We will meet at the Cheesecake Factory at the Tucson Mall at 5 pm. I'm suggesting that we just read and discuss the first part of the book called Manitou: The Mystery of the Serpent Mound. I haven't read this book yet but I have seen his documentary on Netflix; Ancient Apocalypse. He has fascinating theories about our ancient past. So some questions to ponder might be: What do his theories mean to our understanding of our ancient past? Why do archaeologists and others find them threatening? What, if any, ramifications do they have for us now and in the future?
