"Getting In Touch with Nature" Hike

Details
Hello Everyone,
Join my friends and me on this peaceful leisure hike around Ramapo Lake. We will help you get in touch with nature by observing, listening, exploring and identifying our surroundings. Spirit exists in all living things and if we pay attention, we can find out what nature has to teach us simply by being aware of our surroundings. Some cultures believe that Spirit speaks to us through animals and that they can help guide us along our path. Let's take this time to open up our awareness to the messages nature has to offer us.
We may also be able to help you interpret what some of those messages are. :-)http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/b/b/6/e/600_277127982.jpeg
We'll start at the lower lot. Then, hike up a gradual hill for about 15min. to the lake. From there, we'll walk around the lake and perhaps take an off trail or two, depending on how everyone is doing. We'll be going at a leisure pace with a few stops along the way for water, snacks and to take in nature.

Estimated Time: 2 &1/2 - 3hrs.
