Sahaja yoga mediation is practiced in more than 150 countries in the world. In this class, you will learn How to Meditate and How to be in Balance. The techniques are easy to learn and practice. You can experience the Bliss and Joy of being in a Thoughtless Awareness. No prior knowledge is necessary. It's mediation based, not "exercise" yoga.
