Here we are going for Shanghai cusine in Shanghai this time! JianGuo328 is a small restaurant located on JianGuo west road. It was once one of the top 100 picobof restaurants in Shanghai, even Camoron, the formal prime minister of UK visited back in 2013.
Below are a few dishes we may be trying:
- HongShaoRou, pork braised with soy sauce and spice, a typical Chinese dish, but Shanghai style is with a bit more of sugar.
- JiuXiangCaoTou, seems to be a shanghai local veggie dish, with alcohol scent.
- XinTaiRuan, sweetness of date embracing the soft-chewy sticky rice. Sounds like a perfect dessert ending.
