**FREE Pasig River ferry** from **Guadalupe** ferry station to **Escolta** ferry station (approximately 1 hour ride). Please arrive no later than 8:30 am to ensure you get a FREE ticket. Space is limited.

Guadalupe station is in Makati next to MRT Guadalupe. Escolta station is in Binondo/Chinatown near Carriedo LRT train station. The ferry leaves hourly. We will depart at 9:30 am although I suggest you arrive as early as possible as it's first come, first served.

From Escolta station, we can visit **Binondo church** and walk along the small streets of Chinatown eating our way through. Try the **famous Fried Siopao.**

We will visit the famous **Salazar bakery** so bring your sweet tooth!
Optional inexpensive vegan lunch at **Vege Select**. Address: 739 Ongpin St, Binondo, Manila (the steamed dumplings are their famous dish). Optional visit to the Chinese-themed **Lucky Mall** and the Instagram-friendly **Hawker Street.**

We can return to Makati by ferry or LRT train.

**\*If this event proves popular, it will repeat itself often.**
\*\*The ferry is popular so I suggest arriving at 8:30 am to get a free ticket. I will arrive around 8:30 am as will many other passengers. You may be asked to show identification but that's really for no other reason so that the staff can write your name on your ticket.

**Please feel free to ask me anything in the comments or privately.**
