Business Introduction to Blueprint of WE with creator herself, Maureen McCarthy!

The Blueprint of WE is a collaboration process that is being used worldwide by facilitators of many different practices. It is a document co-created by the people involved in the organization or project, in order to custom design their work, engage greater levels of trust, and turn up the volume on connected communication.

We would like to share a particular type of Blueprint of WE with the Creative Facilitators group. It is called the Business Introduction Blueprint of WE and it’s an overarching document that creates the foundation for healthier, more adaptable and creative facilitator-client relationships. Many facilitators are using it as their contracting process because it brings people back to the forefront of creating agreements. We would like to offer an experience of beginning to build their own Business Introduction Blueprint of WE.
