Dance, meditate and celebrate an Osho festive all day event!

Hello Beautiful Meditators,

We are holding another day of beautiful meditation and all welcome whether you have meditated before or are an enlightened master!

Its xmas so I have placed an emphasis on celebration with two really liberating dance meditations after the quiet seated experience of vipassana immediately after lunch. As usual I would recommend you come for the day and experience dynamic before lunch.

Please bring a little vegetarian food to share at lunchtime as we all contribute to a lovely surprise buffet style lunch!!

As usual the cost is £15 for the whole day with all proceeds going to the ASCA charity.

THE PROGRAM:

Entry: Doors open at 11.30 for a prompt start at 12.00 for those doing Osho Dynamic (highly recommended). We regret nobody will be admitted after 12 as there is nobody to man the door BUT you are welcome to join us between 1.15 and 2.00 as well when we are having lunch. These are the only entry times for the event.

The Program:
11.30 to 12-00. Doors open, welcome and cup of tea.

12.00 (prompt) to 1.10. Osho Dynamic, a very physical meditation involving chaotic breathing, catharsis, energy centering, silence and dance. A powerful cleansing and opening process, please wear loose clothes and be prepared to sweat!

1.10 to 2.00. Lunch, sharing the food people have brought. You are welcome to socialise, eat mindfully or just relax in the meditation room.

2.00 to 3.10 Osho Vipassana Meditation .... we will listen to Osho speak on vipassana and then meditate silently watching our breath. 40 minutes of silent sitting broken by a slow meditative walk for 15 minutes!

A cup of tea!

3.30 to 4.30 The beautiful and popular Veeresh 'Sacred Earth' Meditation. An hour of dance, shaking and reflection with great music. A real chance to connect and show gratitude for our wonderful planet.

Tea to 5pm

5.00 to 6.00 Osho Nataraj Meditation where you are invited to become the dance in this immersive practice. This is a danced based meditation for

At 6pm or thereabouts we finish. People are welcome to stay for more chat and a cup of tea before dispersing.
